- Dairy chemistry describes the introduction of milk
production, milk secretion and factor affecting the composition of milk. It covers milk chemical composition and
physical of milk. This provides a better
understanding of the chemical and physical changes taking place during
processing and storage of dairy products. The course also consists of
determination physco-chemical composition of milk.
