This course has 3 credit hours In this course students will gain an understanding the need, objectives and functions of production planning and control in the apparel industry. It also deals with general capacity calculations, schedules, controlling and balancing involved in garment manufacturing. The student will provide with cases to study in order to have a deeper appreciation of production of planning and control.   

This course is designed for TVET Leadership MA students to introduce the basic concept of the course TVET Leadership. The module is divided into three learning units.  The first learning unit explain definition, theories, styles, skills and functions. The second learning units deal with the concept of ethical leadership and last unit focuses on change management.

This course describes the refrigeration cycles, cooling, heating, and de-humidifying, automotive air-conditioning system operation and trouble-shooting. Classification of refrigerant for automobile use. System components description and operation. Laboratory works includes air-conditioning diagnosis,  testing, Charging and discharging of refrigerant and servicing.

Vehicle Heating and Air Conditioning is designed to deliver the fundamental knowledge and skill about automotive heating and refrigeration cycles and automotive air-conditioning system operation as well as trouble-shooting. And also Charging and discharging of refrigerant. The course aims to provide students with the mathematical tools necessary for solving problems in various fields such as engineering, physics, economics, and computer science. This course will introduce to the student the application of carpentry and joinery activities. Hand tools and materials for carpentry work to be introduced. It is where the basic components of building lay dawn. Floor framing, wall framing, ceiling framing, roof framing are topics to be covered.

The course intends to prepare natural science students with the basic concepts and materials from mathematics that necessitate a good foundation to treat fundamental mathematical tools in science. This course rigorously discusses the basic concepts of logic and set theory, the real and complex number systems, mathematical induction, least upper bound and greatest lower bound, functions and types of functions, polynomial and rational functions, logarithmic and exponential functions, trigonometric functions, hyperbolic functions and their graphs and analytic geometry.
