Project Design, Development and Management (TLM 602)Course Description
This course aims to upscale knowledge of designing, developing and managing projects in general. Specifically, students will have knowledge, skills and positive attitude towards preparation, implementation, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, termination, completion and phase out of projects. It seeks to help graduates to develop proper and feasible projects. It also provides skills in the use of Management Information System (MIS) to successfully manage increasingly complex project issues to meet desired goals and objectives. Moreover, project planning deals with stakeholder participations, which could improve its outcomes.
